This session leads participants through conventional change order and claims processes. Students will be encouraged to think through ways to better manage their own change order systems while considering common sense dispute resolution strategies.

The workshop will focus on three important principles:

1. Identifying, processing, and getting paid for change orders.

2. Avoiding disputes before they start.

3. Resolving disputes before they escalate.
